Struggling to have control over your sexual thoughts and urges can be overwhelming. It can be easy to focus on all of the ‘mistakes’ that you may feel you have made.
However, if you take a minute to think about it, chances are you will realize that you have made far more healthy choices for yourself than ones that may have had negative consequences.
In treatment, we will focus on developing your own personal strengths, resources and abilities. I believe that each and every one of us has the capacity to reach our goals.
